Every style we make is named after a wonderful woman. The Nicole is no different:

“I met Nicole whilst living in the South West. We connected through friends and whilst I was establishing the clothing side of Roake, she was there to offer her support. We worked with Nicole on a number of shoots, where Nicole offered styling advice. I’m so grateful for Nicole’s guidance and kindness during this time, she truly helped me to confidently take my clothing collection concept off the ground. The making of…

Quality and timeless design are at the heart of our values here at Roake. The Nicole jacket is a staple garment that can be easily integrated into your wardrobe and is transitional through all seasons.

We use 100% cotton, certified by The Better Cotton Initiative, quilted to give just the right amount of snugness for those cooler summer evenings and layer-able for the chillier winter months.

The lifetime of our designs is one of the most important parts of the design process so we make sure we choose fabric that washes beautifully, allowing you to cherish your clothes for years to come.

When your order is placed Poppy and Alice get to work in our small seaside studio on the Isle of Wight. Everything is handmade to order allowing us to reduce waste and make only what is needed. Read more about our made to order process here.

Here at Roake we are continuously looking to hone the wearability and quality of our products, and review our sustainable practices to provide a beautiful and practical product that can be loved for a lifetime.

Our Nicole jacket has had quite a journey since its launch in 2019. We’ve seen a variety of colours, fabrics and weights. As well as this we have recently re-graded our sizing, allowing your jacket to fit you even more perfectly. See our ‘Finding Your Size’ journal to help you choose your perfect fit.

Much to everyone's excitement, our OG ‘Dusky Pink’ has finally made a return and is available to order on our website.

We’re also welcoming back our bestselling Black Nicole Jacket. We’re all about maximising wear out of our wardrobe with staple pieces that go with everything, and it doesn't get more staple than a black jacket.
