Introducing reRoake, our buyback offer that extends the lifespan of our garments, offers more accessible sustainable clothing to more people, and keeps our clothing in circulation for longer.

It’s simple: you return the Roake garments that no longer work for you, we’ll reward you with a discount on your next Roake purchase, and then we’ll rework your old garment in our studio for someone else to enjoy.

All you need to do is fill in the reRoake form below and ship your item back to us at our Isle of Wight studio. We’ll start work on reRoake-ing your garment right away.

Each voucher has a £50 minimum spend attached - this applies to one item per voucher.

The voucher must be redeemed within 6 months of issue.

Customers will receive one voucher per product. For example, if you sent back x3 dresses, you would get x3 25% vouchers (with £50 minimum spend attached to each).

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a signed for delivery service, insured to the value of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

reRoake applies to garments only, jewellery and accessories are not applicable.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to wash the clothing before sending it to you?

Please only send us clean items. As our staff will be working with these items, we need to ensure they are safe and suitably presented. Please check for pet hair and soiling. We will sterilise and steam all garments before we start work on rejuvenating them.

Can I use multiple vouchers at once? 

Vouchers are limited to one per transaction, with a minimum spend of £50. These apply to one item, not the entire order.

How many items can I send?

There’s no limit on how many garments you can send to us. You’ll get a voucher for each item you return.

Why is there a £50 minimum spend?

We’ll be stitching a lot of love back into these garments with repair and rework options a priority. 

We have added the £50 minimum spend to cover our mending time. If you feel that your garments are in great condition and you could resell them elsewhere for more, then reRoake may not be for you. This is another way for us to reduce waste, ensure our garments remain in circulation for longer, and offer an accessible option.

What will happen to my garment?

We will steam, mend, rework or recycle your garments. No item will go to waste. Once your garment has been rejuvenated it will be uploaded to our reRoake section of our website to sell on to a new home at a reduced price, or added to our reRoake rail at studio pop-up events.
