All orders are sent via Royal Mail, and take 2-3 working days to pack and dispatch, in addition to shipping times. 

Shipping costs for UK orders: UK Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked, within 2-3 Working Days. Total shipping time can be up to 5 days.

Postage will be applied at the checkout. Shipping costs are calculated according to the largest/heaviest item in your order.

Parcels are sent via a tracked service and are dispatched twice weekly.

If you have purchased a made-to-order product: Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your item. The predicted wait time will be displayed on the website header at the time of your order. If you have questions about timescale, please contact us and we will be happy to provide further information. Handmade work takes time and care - thank you for your patience and support.

£20 Flat Rate.

Dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed, within 2-3 working days. Total shipping time can be up to 2 weeks.

Roake Studio will not be held responsible for customs or duty fees. If you are purchasing internationally, please consider this before placing an order. 

When items are sent to another country, your parcel is often handled by more than one postal service. Issues with delivery are more likely to occur with international orders.

Please note that all shipping times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. International orders may be subject to delays as a result of postal systems in each country.

Items not received but tracked as being delivered: Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to your home address.
