Bespoke adjustments - Please note that bespoke orders are non-returnable. Please check measurements and details prior to ordering.

If applicable, you will be asked to send your item back to us within 14 days of receipt of delivery, in perfect saleable condition. We will refund your order value, excluding the postage cost.

Please note we do not refund the return postage cost unless the item is faulty.

For hygiene reasons we are not able to accept returns on jewellery items unless they are faulty. Faulty items will be exchanged within 28 days of delivery. Faulty Items should be returned to us within 14 days of delivery.

The returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a signed for delivery service, insured to the value of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

We will not exchange or accept the return of goods that show signs of wear, do not have their tag intact or original packaging, or show obvious signs of abuse: This includes any animal or pet hair, marks or soiling. In this instance the original goods will be returned to the buyer at their own cost.

Refunds will be issued by the same method that you paid.

Sample/Seconds/Zero Waste Sale items are non-returnable. Please read the individual item description.

Repairs - We offer a repair service for our products. If you have had your product for less than 6 months from the date of delivery and notice a fault, we can offer a repair free of charge. This service is for faults only and does not include general wear and tear.

Any items older than 6 months we can repair for a fixed fee. All repairs require the original proof of purchase. Contact us for more information - contact@roake.studio
