How do I know what size I will be?

Our garments are designed to fit a range of shapes. They’re oversized in style so if in doubt, size down.

Each individual garment has detailed measurements in the listing information, to help you choose a size that works for you.

I ordered a made-to-order piece, when will it arrive?

Each made-to-order garment is cut, stitched and finished in our studio by our small team. An estimated production time is displayed on the website announcement bar. Handmade products take time, so you should allow up to 1 month to receive your item. If you have a question about the progress of your order, you can contact us.

I’d like to buy a sold-out item, will you be restocking?

Some of our garments are made from deadstock fabric. This is waste fabric that has been saved from landfill. Garments that are made in this fabric are limited and will sell out. Some items are regularly restocked, however. If you have a question about stock levels of a particular product, please contact us.

I have sensitive skin, can I wear brass earrings?

Brass is a naturally hypoallergenic metal and does not cause irritation on most skin types. Generally we use sterling silver for the ear posts of our earrings. If you are concerned about a reaction, we would advise testing your skin in advance, or wearing the product for only a short period of time to begin with.

What happens if my item arrives and it doesn't suit me?

You can return your item within 14 days of receipt of delivery, providing it is in new condition with the original tags attached. Click here for more information on returns.

Can I speed up my order?

We do not offer express shipping. As an independent studio, we are unable to offer next day delivery. All orders are sent via Royal Mail, and take 2-3 working days to pack and dispatch. Our Royal Mail collections are twice weekly. You can find out more about shipping here.

Where are your products made?

We make the majority of our products in house, at our studio. Some items, such as jewellery, are designed in the studio and made for us by skilled craftspeople. You can find out about the making process and origin of each product, on the individual product listing page.

Can you make this garment in "X" size?

Depending on the garment, and fabric supplies, we can occasionally alter our standard sizing. Please contact us if you have a query.

Do you offer custom alternations?

We can make alterations to leg/skirt length and sleeve length. We do not offer custom tailoring.

When will my item ship?

Usually, items take 2-3 working days to be prepared and posted. Their shipping time will depend on your location, and the shipping method you choose at checkout. Click here for more detailed shipping information.
